In my opinion, the ideal profile of co-founder is...

🌍 Passionate about change : We are looking for people who share our commitment to building a sustainable, community-driven platform. A thorough understanding of the environmental benefits of sharing and a desire to make a positive impact are essential.

💻 Technical : Given the technological nature of Neighbrr, we are looking for co-founders with strong technical expertise. Ideal candidates would possess extensive knowledge of software development, preferably with a background in web or mobile development. Mastery of relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and frameworks is crucial.

More concretely, you manage at least one of these valuable skills:

Full-stack development : Expertise in both front-end and back-end development to ensure a smooth user experience.
Cloud infrastructure : Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for a scalable and reliable infrastructure.
Database Management : Proficiency in designing and managing databases to efficiently process large data sets.
UI/UX Design : Good understanding of UI and user experience principles to create intuitive and engaging designs.

As a founder, my entrepreneurial journey has been guided by a passion for creating innovative solutions with a positive impact. My experiences at Zalora and Mysale in Southeast Asia have given me a solid foundation in business development, operations management, and customer experience.

When I moved to Belgium in 2022, I was faced with the challenges of starting a new life with limited resources. This experience sparked the idea of Neighbrr, a platform to facilitate sharing within communities and promote a more sustainable lifestyle. ✨

My core values revolve around innovation, sustainability, and community. I believe that technology can be a powerful lever for positive change, and I am committed to making Neighbrr a platform that not only benefits its users, but also contributes to a more sustainable future. My professional goals include expanding Neighbrr into a leading peer-to-peer rental platform in Belgium and beyond, while strengthening the sense of community and promoting environmental responsibility. 🌱
