I took over my mother's pet boarding with a vision of modernization focused on eco-responsibility and animal welfare. We will offer quality accommodation for dogs, cats, and small rodents, ensuring that every element essential to the comfort of the animals is recyclable and that the structure is energy self-sufficient. 🐶🐱🐰

Our goal is to make this boarding house a space of total well-being for the animals, integrating practices such as permaculture and recycling excrement into compost. 🌱 We aim to create an environment where every detail contributes to both animal satisfaction and ecological sustainability.

Profile

I am looking for a partner as Operations Manager. For my part, I will focus on the sales, marketing, and customer relations part, which is my specialty.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Financial management: Support budget management, cost analysis, and pricing.
Administration and Legal: Manage contracts, ensure legal compliance and oversee administrative aspects.
Organization: Implement and optimize operational processes to ensure smooth operation of the pension.

You speak English, which is essential for our diverse clientele. Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory. More than anything, you love animals and want to create a place where they feel good. 💛 If that's you, don't hesitate to apply!

Cofounder

Since my childhood, I have always wanted to take over my mother’s business, a pet boarding facility. My Master’s in Management Sciences, for which I received distinction for a business development project, has given a boost to this ambition by helping me develop concrete ideas.

With solid experience in business development and project management, I am using these skills to prepare the transformation of the family boarding facility into a modern establishment. My project includes eco-responsible practices such as permaculture and recycling waste into compost, aiming to provide high-quality accommodation while respecting the environment.

I am determined to turn the family boarding facility into a place where animals are well cared for and where ecology is a priority. To achieve this ambitious project, I am looking for someone passionate and motivated to help me realize this vision and make the boarding facility a model of animal well-being and ecological sustainability.
