Rail Adventures
Wagone's mission is to make itinerant journeys by train, bus and ferry accessible to everyone by sharing detailed itineraries and practical information (e.g. how, when and where to book tickets at the best price). 🚆✨
In recent years, I have travelled a lot by train and I noticed that it was really not easy to find inspiration for routes (other than the classic ones) and that the information was very fragmented (each country having one or more train operators with different pricing strategies, different ticket sales opening dates,..). My hypothesis was confirmed by talking to a lot of travelers: the most difficult part of organizing a trip is the transportation.
Wagone is a first step, I have the ambition to create an adventure agency specialising in railways. 🧭
I am looking for a complementary profile to mine, especially for topics related to marketing and communication:
Community Management: Social Media Content 💻 Creation
Communication: writing blog and newsletter articles
Digital Marketing: SEO referencing, advertising campaigns, etc.

Cofounder
I am a management engineer by training (Solvay, 2016) and I have always worked for large companies, mainly in the areas of commercial strategy and operations. My last position was at Uber's EMEA HQ in Amsterdam.
In September, I resigned to embark on this entrepreneurial adventure (it has always been an item on my life goals list) and I wanted to give myself the means to succeed and to do it 100%. I take advantage of this experience to learn as many things as possible (such as coding a website!)
Finally, as you can imagine, I am passionate about travel and adventure. I have had the chance to study, work and travel in more than 70 countries 😊
