Logistics Operator

Bambaw, a pioneering zero waste brand, is committed to reducing waste and promoting a sustainable lifestyle through eco-friendly products. We are looking for a logistics operator to support the execution of our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for managing transfers, tracking Amazon logistics, and maintaining shipping records, while ensuring smooth communication with our logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Logistics execution (30 %)

• Execute and track transfers and shipments, ensuring the rapid movement of goods.

• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and warehouses to optimize shipping efficiency and compliance.

• Track all shipments and ensure accurate documentation is stored and shared with the stakeholders who need it.

💻 Amazon Logistics Monitoring (30%)

• Oversee inbound shipments to Amazon, ensuring arrivals are made in a timely manner.

• Enter tracking numbers into Amazon's system and create support tickets in case of shipping delays or discrepancies.

• Monitor inventory levels and incoming performance.

📊 Supply Chain Administration (20%)

• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory data in ERP systems and structured databases.

• Manage logistics-related communications and reporting.

• Provide weekly reports on logistics performance.

👌 Operational support (20%)

• Assist in process optimization and identify areas for efficiency improvement.

• Work collaboratively with the Logistics Operations Coordinator to refine logistics workflows.

• Maintain and update ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy and accuracy of all logistics data.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, Amazon FBA

• A degree or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus. 🎓

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of global logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.

• Attention to detail and ability to track multiple shipments effectively.

• Proficiency in English and French is required
