As a Campus Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative procedures of our current and future students during their time at BeCode.
Your role will be varied and you will have an impact on our students from the beginning to the end of their journey.
💻 Responsibilities and Duties
As a Campus Coordinator, you are responsible for:
Actively participate in the coordination of applications and selections for our training courses in collaboration with the marketing team. This includes managing recruitment planning, organizing information and selection sessions, preparing and executing recruitment activities and campaigns with the marketing team, and developing strategies to promote BeCode trainings and attract candidates.
Manage the entire administrative process of our selected students : training contracts, internship files and agreements in close collaboration with public partners.
Record and code attendance and absences of all students on your campus to secure their scholarship entitlements, and manage associated documentation (medical certificates, travel documents, etc.) as required by public grants.
Organization and coordination of the "Wize Council" in case of problems with students.
Manage follow-up services by maintaining regular contact with current and former students for social impact reports and assessments.
Ensure a pleasant learning environment through office management, e.g. by ordering office supplies, organising event logistics and maintaining contact with construction partners.

Have an appeal to the social interest.
Fluency in Dutch and English, as well as a good knowledge of French are an important asset.
