Bluesquare is a fast-growing technology company focused on global health. Bluesquare's goal is to help government organizations, primarily in Africa, collect and process the data needed to set up and finance healthcare. Bluesquare thus contributes to qualitative, efficient and wide-reaching public services thanks to the technological tools that the team develops.
Bluesquare's technologies are used in more than 30 countries and support more than 60 different clients, including the World Bank, WHO, the Global Fund to Fight HIV, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and leading NGOs.
Through its funding, Bluesquare collaborates directly with governments and their partners to build intelligent data systems that improve the delivery of health services. They specialize in data systems for financing, results-based financing, and performance monitoring. Bluesquare develops these tools in direct partnership with end-users, and ensures a transition from ownership to the government at the end of each project.

The Belgian team is based at the Hive5 coworking space in Brussels, a stimulating and challenging place of exchange. There is close collaboration with the other offices, and exchanges between countries are frequent. Homeworking is 100% encouraged, with several people based in Brussels working even from different countries (Netherlands, Germany, France...).
Joining Bluesquare also means working with a multicultural team present in Europe, the United States and Africa.
A unique moment: every 3 months, the team meets for a team-building activity that is out of the ordinary!
