Job description

Your role

Within a team of 5 people, and under the coordination of the Finance & Administration Manager:

  • You ensure the proper management of pricing, quotes and invoicing for a defined customer portfolio.

  • You will make every effort to obtain the necessary elements for invoicing in order to draw up invoices that are faithful to reality.

  • You are the main contact for the accounting department for the files you handle.

  • You are the reference person for internal departments such as : customer service, controllers,..

  • You may, occasionally, be involved in administrative tasks such as :

    Transfer of customer invoices to accountants.

    Posting customer payments.

    Sending written or telephone reminders.

  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our procedures.

 Your missions

  • Be the key point of contact with our external partners and internal departments.

  • Work in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Collect the necessary elements for invoicing in order to maintain regular follow-up of payments.

  • Develop a customer service (quotes, explanations, follow-up of the invoicing of files).

  • Participate in the monitoring of indicators by collecting and presenting billing data.

Profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree with an economic orientation.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.

  • You are fluent in French and have a basic knowledge of Dutch, both in terms of comprehension and oral expression.

  • You are proficient in the Office suite and more particularly in the advanced functions in Excel (sorting, search, statistics, pivot table, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.

  • You are recognized for your qualities in terms of communication, rigor and precision.

  • You adopt a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

  • You work in an organized and autonomous way.
