As a contract management specialist, you manage HR contracts, advise on legislation, handle administrative files, and collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and process monitoring. A key role combining legal expertise, administrative organization, and stakeholder support.
🎯 Your main missions:
Analysis and preparation :
Verification of recruitment requests and management of the necessary actions (contracts, amendments, transfers).
Preparation of new employee files.
Follow-up of contracts and amendments:
Supervision of contracts/amendments to ensure their accuracy and punctuality.
Tracking deadlines, application and renewals of work permits and secondment agreements.
Administrative management:
Writing letters (absences, salary deductions, abandonment of position, dismissals, etc.).
Processing of resignations and dismissals, with calculation of notice and drafting of documents.
Legal research as required.
Support and back-up:
Advice to department heads and staff on contractual aspects.
Replacement of the HR Legal Manager in case of absence.

Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required
You have a bachelor's degree in law
You have knowledge of labour law and social security law
🚀 Essential Skills
You have good planning, work organization and follow-up skills
You are rigorous and have a sense of responsibility
You have a spirit of analysis and synthesis
You have a sense of ethics, confidentiality and discretion
You have a good knowledge of basic software and are able to learn other software
You are autonomous with a spirit of initiative

You have a first conclusive experience in an HR administrative department
You have knowledge of the law on hospitals and patients ' rights
