At Cyclodyssées, we design unique itineraries, exploring destinations still unknown to specialists or revisiting the great classics with a touch of originality. 🌟 Designed to be offered both by our partners (other travel agencies) and directly, these routes are part of an eco-responsible approach: all are located in Europe and are accessible by train.

A bike trip cannot be improvised: from advising travellers to managing bookings for accommodation and local service providers, including the preparation of the roadbook and the .gps tracks, every detail is meticulously orchestrated. We also make sure to remain available to answer calls in case of unforeseen events on the road, in order to offer our travelers a smooth and unforgettable experience, without unpleasant surprises.

As part of a small, dynamic team, you will quickly take on responsibility and work on many aspects of the business, contributing to the development of our young company. 🚀 You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company with your talents, while evolving according to the needs of the company and your preferences.

👉 Your main missions:

Advice to travellers on the choice of routes
Drafting of offers and quotes 📝
Reservations for tourist services, accommodation, and organization of logistics
Drafting, preparation and updating of travel documents (vouchers, roadbook, website, etc.)
Contribution to the development of new routes : route, accommodation, local service providers, scouting, etc. 🚴‍♀️
Community management (social media), blog posts and other forms of marketing

Profile

Love to travel or bike (or even better, bike trips).
Enjoy organizing every detail when you go on a trip with friends. 🔎
You have great rigor, a keen sense of organization, and if you know how to deal effectively with the unexpected.
Have good writing skills.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with different people.
Enjoy working in a team and adopt a constructive and collaborative attitude.
Have knowledge of Excel. 💻
Be fluent in English and French, both oral and written. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
Have a higher education degree (college or university). 🎓
Any relevant experience is a plus.

Dates & duration: Contract to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent basis. 📆
Hours: full-time or 4/5th. You are motivated by the idea of occasionally (1 to 2 times a year) dedicating a week (including weekends) to scouting by bike and sometimes working overtime depending on the needs of the company (to be recovered in quieter times, of course). As the activity is quite seasonal, the tasks and intensity of the days vary a little during the year.
Salary: according to experience and skills
Place: Brussels. 1 day of teleworking per week possible.
