Fast, sustainable and organic food is invented by EXKi!
It was in 1999 that Nicolas, Arnaud and Frédéric, lovers of good food, were the first to enter the sustainable and gourmet fast food sector. In 2001, they opened their first restaurant EXKi in Brussels, with the dream of offering quality dishes to those in a hurry.
A few years later, EXKi has become the 1st fast food chain, responsible, sustainable and committed to ensuring fresh, seasonal and organic products whenever possible. EXKi has won numerous prizes and awards such as Palmes Green (winner 2018), Company of the Year 2010, CAIUS Winner 2019, Best Managed Companies 2019, 2020, 2021, etc.
It is in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Spain that EXKi spoils its customers with its delicious recipes based on fresh and varied products. And there is something for everyone: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free...
At EXKi, respect for the consumer but also for the producer is the priority! Their commitments: to source only local products (300 km maximum distance between their restaurants and suppliers) with fairtrade or labelled ingredients when they come from further afield (banana, coconut, coffees, teas) and seasonal to guarantee quality dishes full of flavour!

It is on this basis that EXKi was created and continues to grow: with kindness, respect and humanity towards its customers and employees. These values are reflected in their recipes, their solidarity projects, their associative partnerships and their team building events.
EXKi is made up of 472 dynamic and committed Belgian employees who are mobilized with the aim of offering healthy and gourmet food to its customers, but not only! And yes, at EXKi, we mobilize in other ways, such as by participating in the Hunger race (a challenge during which employees overcome sports events as a team to support the SOS Faim project) or by getting together with customers to concoct a large soup for the most disadvantaged each year during the Solidarity Soup.

Our commitments to a sustainable world
EXKi is a brand that puts its concern for health and the environment at the heart of its activities.
Everyone knows that eating a wide variety of vegetables is good for your health. EXKi offers a multitude of dishes and snacks made up of local and as much organic vegetables as possible whose origin is a maximum of 300 km away. At EXKi, they want natural but also seasonal products that respect our nutritional needs according to the seasons. Vegetables are good, but with less sugar, less fat and more taste is better! That's why EXKi makes it a point of honour to enjoy the flavour of its dishes prepared by chefs.
For our planet and our society, EXKi has committed itself to several fights such as the fight to reduce plastic (-83% in its restaurants since 2018), the fight against waste with the support of Too Good To Go, the help of the homeless by being in partnership with multiple associations and the fight against discrimination against people with disabilities through its recruitment.
EXKi is also a guarantee of the quality of their products. What for? Because EXKi is part of the Euro-toques association, an association of restaurateurs that promotes the quality and taste of food products in Europe. A commitment to respect, transparency, quality, know-how and taste.
