Job description

Your main mission will be to support the management of events, from their preparation to their realization, including the management of a team of students.

The optimization of event logistics, costs, and other strategic reflections on the organization of these will also be an integral part of the mission.

Your tasks will include:

Prepare for the event in terms of raw materials and equipment ;
Assess server/HR needs, plan their tasks and schedules ;
Carry out the event (operational);
Supervise student teams at events ;
Participate in the strategic development of the service such as the addition of new products or recipes to our range
Strategic thinking on profitability and event organization

Profile

We are looking for someone who is autonomous, who knows how to take responsibility and who will bring his critical thinking and creativity to each of his tasks.
