Job description

Your main mission will be to support the management of events, from their preparation to their realization, including the management of a team of students. 🎉 This includes the optimization of event logistics, costs, and other strategic reflections on the organization of these.

Time allocation:

  • 2 days/week - preparation of the events and optimization of their logistics, costs, organization

  • 2 days/week - operational vent: go to the vent, manage the vent and do the service on these vents

  • 1 day/week - communication
    1 day per week will be dedicated to the communication axis, where you will assist Marine on the management of social networks, photo shoots, newsletter, marketing campaigns,...

👉 Your tasks will include:

  • Prepare the event in terms of raw materials and materials 

  • Assess server/HR needs, plan their tasks and schedules  📝

  • Carry out the event (operational) 

  • Supervise student teams during events 🤝

  • Participate in the strategic development of the service such as the addition of new products + event profitability

  • Social media management, photo shoots and pack shots, editorial planning, newsletter and marketing 💻 campaigns

Profile

We are looking for someone who is autonomous, who knows how to take responsibility and who will bring his critical thinking and creativity to each of his tasks.
