Operations Manager Assistant

As a Student Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our delivery services. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with our team of student delivery people.

Your main missions:

• Management of student delivery people:

  • Supervise and support student delivery workers.

  • Ensure the follow-up of attendance and manage schedules.

  • Assist in the resolution of issues encountered by delivery drivers in the field.

• HR Planning and Routing:

  • Plan and optimize the working hours of delivery people.

  • Design the most efficient delivery routes based on the orders received.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to adjust resources according to daily needs.

• Supervision of the delivery process:

  • Monitor the progress of deliveries to ensure that they meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Identify and resolve potential issues to avoid delays or errors.

  • Maintain smooth communication with delivery drivers and customers to ensure impeccable service.

• Operations Support:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in various administrative and organizational tasks.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

  • Participate in the training of new delivery drivers and the integration of new operational practices.

• Student in training in the fields of logistics, management, or any other relevant field.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently while being able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Good command of computer tools and management software.

• Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively.

• Good oral and written communication.

• An interest in the delivery or logistics sector is a plus.
