Become a Team Leader at Goodturn and guide a team that wants to change the world!

As a team leader, you are responsible for the team of ambassadors (ethical fundraisers). Since we have a small, but rapidly growing team with Goodturn, we are looking for team leaders who train, motivate, and coach the starting ambassadors in the field. You will work closely with the operational manager and the director of Goodturn. There is currently 1 other team leader, who can teach you the tricks of the trade, and a team of 10 ambassadors. In addition to coaching, you will also join the ambassadors in fundraising for our NGOs.

The ambassadors coach and motivate in the field.
Recognizing the strengths and areas for improvement of ambassadors, and conveying this in a positive way.
Helping to raise funds in the field with the ambassadors.
Providing training on conversation techniques on the training days.
Monitor and improve the quality of the team.
Thinking along in the general strategy (locations, innovation, storytelling, team spirit...).
Reporting to operations manager and director on a regular basis

Profile

Have experience in face-to-face fundraising (street and/or door-to-door), or think they can learn this quickly.
You recognize yourself in Goodturn's core values, and have a heart for NGOs.
Have the desire to grow Goodturn (literally and figuratively).
Have experience in managing and coaching a team.
Are a real team player.
Can work goal-oriented and stress-resistant .
Have a very good knowledge of Dutch.

Practical information

Working hours: 10:00-17:30.
Working days: Monday to Saturday. Minimum 3 days, maximum 5 days per week.
Flexibility working days: we draw up a schedule based on our own availability, which can vary from week to week.
Before the start of your first day at work, we provide substantive training by the NGO itself, and training on interview techniques, so that you are well prepared.
A working day starts at the office, after which you go with a small team to a location nearby (especially in Antwerp). At the end of your shift, we will come back to the office and conclude together.
Salary for team leader: €2501.25 gross/month (full-time) + end-of-year bonus, double holiday pay, eco vouchers, commuting allowance and expenses and meal vouchers.
Start with a 6-month contract, with an option to permanent.
