We produce more than 10,000 bowls of granola per day in Belgium, and our adventure continues to grow with new products in development. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated production operator to join our team and contribute to the manufacture and packaging of our granola.

👉 Your role

As a production operator, you will be a key part of the manufacturing process.

Your missions will include:
✅ Preparing granola recipes : measuring ingredients, preparing recipes and baking
✅ Packaging : bagging, labeling and quality control of finished products
✅ Light maintenance and cleaning : ensure the maintenance of equipment and the maintenance of the cleanliness of the workspace

💼 Job-related skills

Carrying out manual preparation and finishing operations: weighing , cooking, mixing, etc.
Production configuration and monitoring : selection of ingredients, adjustment of quantities, dosage, control of production steps
Maintenance and hygiene : checking and cleaning of equipment (scales, mixer, ovens, etc.) and workstation
Monitoring and traceability : recording of production data (CCP, weight, batches, etc.) and transmission of information to production managers

Fixed and balanced schedules :
- Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 5 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm (free weekends!)
