Job description
Amélie founded GR'EAT granola to inspire a healthy and conscious lifestyle by creating a range of granola and spreads. Our delicious recipes are baked every day in our own workshop in Brussels and are made from quality ingredients. All our activities are conducted in a sustainable manner.
We are committed to providing high quality products/services and seek to achieve IFS (International Featured Standards) certification. To help us in this project, we are looking for a motivated intern to support our Production Manager and Quality Assistant.
Analysis and Diagnosis:
Identify deviations from the requirements of the IFS Food standard following the inventory of the company's current practices - Use of the IFS Food standard.
Document writing assistance:
Write and update procedures.
Participate in the creation of forms and checklists.
Assist in the implementation of procedures:
Assist in the implementation of new procedures in the field.
Observe and report on best practices and possible problems following the implementation of procedures.
Documentation Management:
Assist in organizing and updating the documents needed for IFS certification.
Sensitization:
Participate in the creation of innovative training materials (videos, infographics, how-to guides) to raise staff awareness of the requirements of IFS Food certification.
Other missions:
You will participate in the production and/or delivery from time to time.
You help with the drafting of the technical data sheets for our products.
You enjoy working in a team and taking part in many projects.
Profile
You are studying quality, food safety, agri-food or any other relevant field.
You are passionate about healthy food and want to contribute to the development of GR'EAT.
You are motivated and want to acquire new professional skills.
You are multitasking, flexible and above all proactive!
Autonomy, rigor and analytical skills.
Having a B license is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS) is a +!
