You will work closely with the HR Manager on human resources management and particularly on recruitment:
In particular, you will participate in:
Management of the recruitment process: screening and interview
The implementation of onboarding and training processes for all employees
The implementation of digital tools to automate daily tasks
Ensure the well-being of team members and participate in team dynamics

🤓 Your knowledge:
Fluency in written and spoken French
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or Occupational Psychology
Knowledge of social law is a plus
