The IRIS Sud Hospitals are looking for a Draftsman - Modeller (m/f/x) for the Infrastructure Department, on a full-time ✨ permanent contract

Our hospitals include 4 sites: Etterbeek-Baron Lambert (Etterbeek), Joseph Bracops (Anderlecht), Etterbeek-Ixelles (Ixelles), and Molière Longchamp (Forest). Our public health facilities are distinguished by the benevolence and respect of the staff towards each patient.
We are embarking on a strategic project to join forces with the CHU Saint-Pierre, aimed at strengthening our medical partnerships and boosting our activities to constantly improve the quality of care. As a 3D Draftsman – Modeller, you will have a key role in this project by contributing to the management and modernization of our real estate assets through innovative tools and digital modeling.
You will join the infrastructure department, supervised by Houda Chahboun, within a team of 6 people made up of architects and engineers. You will mainly work from Etterbeek-Baron Lambert but you will be required to travel to the other 3 sites.

As part of our evolution and modernization of our processes, we are creating a new function within the Iris Sud Hospitals.
Under the responsibility of the head of the engineering/works department, you will be responsible for managing the graphic documents as well as the technical and architectural plans of the various buildings. You will play a key role in updating and operating 2D and 3D digital models, ensuring that they are consistent with the reality on the ground and the operational needs of the hospital.
👉 What the job consists of
3D modeling : You will create digital models of the hospital's built assets (architecture, stability, special techniques), using archival documents, in situ surveys and point clouds.
Updating digital models : You ensure that 3D models are updated according to ongoing engineering and maintenance projects.
Verification of the consistency of the models : You guarantee the consistency between the different business models (Architecture, Stability, Special Techniques) and their compliance with the reality of the buildings.
Extraction and distribution of plans : You extract plans (PDF, DWG) for various purposes, such as maintenance, evacuation plans or space assignment.
Technical support and training : You provide technical support to the various departments and provide training to team members in the use of modeling tools.
Document management and version tracking : You ensure the rigorous management of the versions of plans and digital models, allowing efficient monitoring of changes.
Audit support : You participate in technical and regulatory audits by providing up-to-date plans and models.
Field surveys and takeoffs : You will carry out accurate surveys of buildings, including existing structures, architecture and technical installations.
Profile
We are looking for a rigorous, autonomous person with a passion for 3D modeling, with a strong interest in innovation in the healthcare and hospital infrastructure sector. 💻✨
Here are the expected qualifications and skills:
🎓 Education and experience:
You have a bachelor's or master's degree related to the position. You ideally have 5 years' experience in the construction sector
👌 Your knowledge:
Proficiency in CAD/CAD software (Revit, Autocad, etc.)
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Knowledge of the drawing conventions specific to the construction industry
You have knowledge of the second national language

Autonomy and rigor with a strong ability to meet deadlines and standards
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit to collaborate effectively with the various departments
Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
