LEPIVITS SA is looking for a versatile Junior Office Assistant to support the various departments of the company. 🌱 You will play a central role in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth link between internal teams, customers, and partners:
Communications Management :
Handle BtoC, BtoB and customer support emails.
Answer calls from customers and partners.
Customer Service :
Manage returns and complaints.
Sales Support :
Assist in prospecting and customer follow-up via Odoo CRM.
Manage and update trading terms.
Document management :
Update price listings, product pages, and compendium.
Update product information at BtoB retailers.
Partnerships and communication :
Seek new partnerships and participate in communication initiatives.
Use artificial intelligence to optimize campaigns and analytics.
Event Planning :
Plan internal and external events, including webinars.
Internal animation :
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and create a monthly internal newsletter.
Profile
💻 Hard Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (InDesign), and CRM (Odoo).
Use of artificial intelligence tools for analysis and optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
