Your workstation is located at the reception of the center, so you are the first face of our company! 😄
Under the supervision of the centre coordinator, you will carry out your missions independently while ensuring the link with the management team.

You welcome our visitors and handle phone calls in a professional and structured manner.
You will ensure an exemplary quality service to our customers by responding to their requests such as room reservations, assistance in the use of ICT equipment provided, receipt and sending of their letters and parcels,...
You are responsible for order and cleanliness in the common areas, which you check regularly. You coordinate the daily work of the cleaning team. You adapt the schedule according to needs.
You carry out the administrative work in a meticulous and systematic manner. Whether it's updating databases, invoicing, or any other task that falls under your function.
You manage access to the building. You assign keys and badges to tenants and manage the opening hours of the center, the alarm etc.
You report technical problems to the department concerned and follow up on interventions.
You manage stocks efficiently and autonomously by ensuring administrative follow-up and avoiding waste.
You will promote an environment conducive to exchanges by participating in the organisation of meetings and events for our members (Afterwork, consultation meetings, training,...)
You are versatile and resourceful. You are not afraid of the unexpected, you like to find solutions and take on challenges while putting in place procedures to improve processes.

📝 The contract:
22.5h/week
Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Profile
👌 Education and professional experience:
You have at least 3 years of recent and successful experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
🤗 Skills and personal qualities:
Working languages: Dutch. Knowledge of English and French is a plus.
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote
Be versatile, organized and systematic
Ability to manage time and priorities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
An interest in sustainable development and the voluntary sector is a plus
