Job description

We are looking for our new "B2B Sales Specialist" and offer you the opportunity to actively participate in the deployment of our activities through the development of our customer portfolio, and the implementation of our communication strategy on social networks, and the creation of content.

Your future assignments in direct collaboration with the CEO:

1. B2B Business Development (Main Mission)

  • Active prospecting and customer acquisition : Identify and approach new customers in the B2B sector (producers, restaurateurs, distributors, etc.). Your main role will be to create and close business opportunities to grow our network and sales.

  • Sales cycle management : From the first contact to the conclusion of the contract, you will be responsible for all stages of the negotiation with professional customers.

2. Customer follow-up and retention

  • Post-sales follow-up: Ensure quality follow-up with customers after the sale, meet their needs and guarantee maximum satisfaction to promote loyalty.

  • Customer file maintenance : Maintain our customer database by recording all interactions, sales and opportunities in our CRM. You will make sure to keep a precise history of exchanges and commercial actions to optimize customer relations.

3. Business communication strategy

  • Sales support : Collaborate in the implementation of targeted communication campaigns (emailing, newsletters, etc.) to support commercial actions and improve the visibility of the offer.

  • Social media management (LinkedIn and Instagram): Animate and manage our social media accounts by creating engaging content, specifically tailored to our B2B audience, to increase visibility and support sales prospecting efforts

Profile

  • Excellent command of French and Dutch (written and spoken), English is a big plus : You are comfortable communicating with a variety of interlocutors, both orally and in writing.

  • You are studying/have ideally studied sales, management, digital marketing or communication : Your academic background has given you the necessary foundations to understand the commercial and communication challenges of a company.

  • You like to take initiative and work in a team : You are proactive and do not hesitate to propose new ideas to move projects forward.

  • You have an interest in sustainable food, the environment and the circular economy : You share our values and want to contribute to a project that has a positive impact on the planet
