Communication & Press Relations Assistant (3 to 6 months)

Under the supervision of the communication manager, you will participate in the following missions:

📝 CONTENT

• Writing and distribution of content for websites, social networks, newsletters and web writing of articles

• Development and monitoring of paper programs

• Drafting of files for the public and professionals

• Production of various brochures and communication materials.

💻 SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITES

• Follow-up of communication campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

• Content creation

• Monitoring of the various accounts

• Communication and responses to festival-goers

• Updating websites

👋 PRESS AND INFLUENCERS

• Update of the database of journalists and influencers

• Personalized welcome at events

• Assistance with the organisation of events and press conferences

• Sending invitations and newsletters

• Creation of press kits

• Conducting a press review

• Studies in communication, digital marketing or PR; 🎓

• Perfect command of the French language. and a good pen;

• Knowledge of and affinity with social networks;

• Knowledge or desire to learn how to use website management platforms (Wordpress) and Adobe suite software;

• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time;

• Ability to work in a team and independently;

• Flexible schedules in the run-up to events (including evenings and some weekends);

• Affinity with event organization and/or the music/street arts sector;

• B license is a plus; 🚗

• Available for a period of 3 to 6 months
