Today, tons of products are thrown away and wasted and yet, millions of people do not have enough to eat... An equation that does not work well for the French startup Phenix, which has decided to roll up its sleeves by offering an anti-waste application!

At Phenix, their hunger for action takes precedence over everything else. They help manufacturers and stores to efficiently manage their stocks to avoid the garbage box. At the same time, they donate tons of unsold products to associations every day.

Thanks to their shopping carts sold at low prices on the app, many people save money on a daily basis and merchants benefit from additional income and new customers. And that's the perfect plan!

The icing on the cake : no one is left behind with Phoenix ! Industrialists, traders, associations, consumers, Phoenicians... In a supportive and positive way, Phenix ensures that its anti-waste actions benefit everyone.

To date, 150 million meals have been saved thanks to Phenix, i.e. 10 million tons of waste avoided and this is only the beginning of the fight against waste! The team works daily with 1500 charities to give a second life to unsold goods. By moving from a simple click to expeditions directly to the field, Phenix never stops thinking about solutions that will eventually send waste to the trash!

Every month, 1 half-day of work as a volunteer is offered at Phenix. Last November, 100 Phoenicians came together to collect food for the Food Bank. Enough to act in a positive, supportive way and always in a good mood !

Solidarity, even within the team ! The annual " Atel yes " meeting is the perfect time to bring together employees from all over Europe : dinner, museum visits and hikes are on the agenda during this great event. Not to mention the many sports sessions that take place throughout the year, virtually or at Phenix sites. A good moment of sharing and well-being !

Arriving in Belgium in 2021, they are looking for adventurers ready to accomplish their crazy mission: to build a waste-free world! Ready to join them?

Phenix is a multi-award-winning company recognized for its commitments. The startup is one of the first French companies to be labelled both B-Corp and ESUS (Entreprise Solidaire d'Utilité Sociale) by the French government.

The team is keen to work with an ever-growing network of charities (now 1500) by providing many unsold quality food items free of charge. Thanks to their application for each and every one of us, Phenix makes food products more accessible and therefore increases the purchasing power of consumers.

And for the planet? Fighting against waste means fighting directly against CO2 emissions! Phenix understands this and thanks to their mission, it is the equivalent of 270,000 kg of CO2 emissions avoided per day.
