Proximité Santé ASBL - Qualias is an association with 25 full-time positions. Active in the social economy and professional integration, it operates in several areas of health and personal care:

Sale and rental of paramedical equipment, bandagisteries-orthopedics, audiology
Passenger transport, small jobs, logistics service and socio-professional integration

👉 Missions as Transport & Logistics Manager

Plan and coordinate the organization of passenger transport and small works carried out with our beneficiaries.
Lead and manage a team of drivers: daily animation, management and monitoring of schedules, application of processes and methods, follow-up of integration and training, leave planning, pre-selection of candidates, evaluation, etc. 📝
Analyze the quality of general service and performance indicators: incident management, animation of productivity indicators, continuous improvement, etc.
Vehicle fleet management: maintenance planning, contract management, vehicle cleanliness, etc. 🚗
Supervise the stock manager, order management, goods receiving activities...

Profile

As a field employee, you are recognized for:

Your leadership, management and pedagogy
Your autonomy and rigor
Your ability to transmit and communicate
Your proactivity in managing priorities and contingencies

You have a good command of computer tools (Excel minimum). 💻

You have at least 5 years ' experience in a team management position.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to manage, manage your priorities and know how to take initiative.

You are flexible and able to adapt your organization to the vagaries of the company.

Conditions of employment

Replacement contract
Full-time (38 hours/week); Possible service on Saturdays
Place of work: Brussels (Ixelles)
Commitment: immediate.
