Learn more about us
Ready to Grow is first and foremost the story of two mothers, Caroline and Estelle, who wanted to offer the best to their babies.
Active and always chasing time, it was sometimes difficult for them to guarantee fresh and quality meals for their children...
In 2018, they created a range of high-quality baby products now on sale in more than 50 organic stores and set up a partnership with Efarmz for online distribution.
With the help of pediatricians and nutritionists, they design tasty recipes that better meet the needs of babies. In search of organic, local and seasonal products, they opted for a gentle steaming method that preserves vitamins and minerals.
Their goal: to revolutionize the baby food market by offering a high-quality product and save precious time for working parents

A taste of the team
Being two young mothers, they are hyper flexible on schedules while being hyper efficient in working hours. This makes the pace, the work intense, and the content exciting, while leaving a lot of free time and freedom in organizing the work.
Joining Ready to Grow is an opportunity to join an experienced team (the founders have experience in FMCG and consultancy) and to take part in a fast-growing start-up, in contact with the major players in the organic sector (Sequoia, Biostroy, etc.) and mass distribution.
The little + to join the team:
A touch of madness, a lot of humour, a certain commitment to healthy food and a result-oriented mind.
