Job description

We are looking for a versatile  Community & Event Manager to lead our online and offline communication initiatives, especially in the context of our events. You will be a key player in strengthening our visibility, engaging our community and actively contributing to the conversion of business opportunities. 🍻

Main missions:

💻 Online communication:

  • Manage and animate our social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to promote our events and services.

  • Design and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, blog posts).

  • Create and implement digital campaigns to attract attendees to our events and generate leads.

  • Interact with the community by responding to comments, messages and encouraging exchanges

  • Boosting the community app developed by Streetbrewers

  • Create and promote themed collections for the Shopify online store in collaboration with Printful.

📣 Offline and event-based communication:

  • Participate in the design and organization of our events (conferences, trade shows, workshops, etc.).

  • Ensure effective communication before, during and after events (teasers, live, recaps).

  • Be the relay in the field to represent the company, collect feedback and generate new contacts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all mediums.

🤝 Business Strategy:

  • Identify business opportunities arising from online and event interactions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

  • Implement specific actions to retain participants and encourage their return to future events.

  • Actively participate in the promotion of products or services during events.

📊 Analysis and reporting:

  • Monitor the performance indicators of digital campaigns and events (engagement, participation, ROI).

  • Write reports and propose recommendations to improve future strategies.

  • Analyze participant feedback to optimize future initiatives.

Profile

👌 Key skills:

  • Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

  • Creativity in content creation and the ability to captivate an audience.

  • Organization and rigor to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

  • Developed commercial acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
