Because we all deserve to find a rewarding and sustainable job, the team focuses on individuals in vulnerable situations and those furthest from the labour market, those who, despite existing supports, are unable to find their place. 💛 A company where people and equal opportunities are at the center, what more could you ask for?

And concretely, how does it work? It's simple: through its mentoring program, Team4Job trains pairs between job seekers (mentees) and professionally active volunteers (mentors), thus offering a unique opportunity to create strong bonds and encourage the potential of each person.

The goal is for the mentor to share their knowledge of the job market with the job seeker, while helping them build their self-confidence and interpersonal skills. So many essential elements for a successful (and fulfilling) job search! It is an initiative that makes the hearts of many professionals beat faster and are ready to share their network and expertise with those who need it most! 🤝✨ Together, they meet 2 times a month for 6 months at the mentor's workplace. This method has already made it possible to support more than 2,200 people and the results are there: a positive exit rate of 60% at 6 months, with a high proportion of 68% of sustainable jobs ! 🌱

The collaborative work is punctuated by a variety of team building activities : between climbing sessions, escape rooms and festive meals, all means are good to strengthen team spirit! 🧗 ♀️ A culture of sharing reinforced by welcome breakfasts for new joiners and trainings, such as the one around the Enneagram, which allowed the whole team to experience a powerful moment of sharing and to strengthen mutual trust and authentic connection between team members. 😍

The diversity of each person's backgrounds is not only valued but also integrated as an essential asset : each mentor and mentee brings their experience and vision, creating a unique learning environment that benefits everyone, within the team. Our commitments to a sustainable world

Since its creation, Team4Job has already supported more than 2,200 job seekers in Brussels and has a positive exit rate of 60% at 6 months and 77% at 1 year, of which 68% are sustainable jobs. 🌱

60% positive exit rate after 6 months means: 860 jobs found, 70 companies created and 180 training, internships or resumption of studies ! Concrete impact as we like it! 💪 All of this is possible thanks to a community of more than 900 mentors, 80% of whom are repeating the experience!

In 2023, 50% of the people supported were of foreign nationality, illustrating the cultural diversity of Brussels. Thanks to mentoring, Team4Job helps them to overcome the obstacle of the lack of recognition of diplomas acquired abroad and to integrate them into the Belgian job market! 🚀
