Team Leader

As a Team Leader, your main tasks will be:

• Lead and empower the team, both on and off the field

• Help develop the store to its best level

• Take responsibility and be creative

• Take initiatives on and off the field and especially discuss them with the team before they are deployed

• Responsibilities in the field: exemplary on all operational tasks, continuous training of the team

• Off-field responsibilities: orders, coaching part of the team, recruitment, scheduling, etc.

• You are passionate about sustainable and responsible consumption

• You love working with your hands and are looking for a dynamic job

• You are passionate about coaching and empowering your teammates

• You are service-oriented and customer-oriented

• You like to work and take on responsibilities

• You are a true entrepreneur and like to think "out of the box"

• You are open, curious, and eager to learn

• You have a good level of French and Dutch

• You are available 2 weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday)
