Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold and surplus food with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at 1/3 of the retail value. In addition to our Marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

🚀 Your mission
We are looking for a Partner Growth Specialist to join the Belgian superstar team of Too Good To Go first in Ghent, and from February 3, 2025 in Brussels. Someone who is motivated and optimistic, passionate about fighting food waste. Someone who draws energy from connecting with their partners on the phone.
💼 Your role
As a Partner Growth Specialist, you will join our team in our office and will be in close contact with your portfolio of ±1000 independent partners on a daily basis. You will be the main point of contact for our partners, focusing on retention, upselling and being the point of contact for all their incoming questions.
By supporting stores, you ensure that they have an amazing experience with Too Good To Go and that they become true ambassadors of the food waste revolution.
You show empathy when you communicate with our partner stores over the phone, understand their needs and guide them towards a collaboration that benefits the stores and Too Good To Go.
Thanks to your actions, partners can integrate Too Good To Go into their daily activities and offer all their surplus food on the app.
You find creative ways to get our message out to our partners. The most common ways are phone calls and mail campaigns.
You develop an in-depth knowledge of how Too Good To Go works, work closely with our independent sales team and maintain a transnational exchange with your colleagues to share best practices
Profile
🤝 Requirements:
You enjoy providing solutions via Ideally, you bring experience in a client-facing role, such as Sales or B2B Customer Service.
The phone and display great interpersonal and communication skills.
You thrive in working with KPIs and targets, like working towards a goal.
You are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English. Speaking French is also an advantage.
You have an eye for detail, you are great at administrative follow-ups.
You work well both independently and within small teams.
You have a positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organisation.
