What if we say you are a family-owned Brussels company, recognised in the world of sustainable adhesive labels as well as in the implementation of responsible identification solutions? That's right, it's Turbel we're talking about! 🏷️✨
Embodied by strong values such as quality and ecology, the company makes it a point of honour to convey a committed message for the world of tomorrow. How? By working only with raw materials from eco-responsible forests, on thinner supports, produced from organic, recycled, biodegradable or compostable materials... 🌱 But also by participating in the recovery and virtuous recycling of the raw materials used. ♻️ The other little extra? The use of pallet boxes (cardboard boxes the size of a pallet in which all the rolls of labels are placed), real space saving for storage and transport!
To top it all off, Turbel is the proud holder of the Diversity Label and collaborates with an Adapted Work Company, CITECO 🧡 The company also supports several local and international associations (SOS Children's Villages, VivaForLife, MSF,...) and donates its unsold products to G2G, Kiwanis,... And since they do not intend to stop there, the BCorp Label (which certifies companies with a positive societal and environmental impact) is in the process of being acquired!

A taste of the team
The desire to always do better rather than always more? This is one of the spearheads of Turbel. The company may have about fifty employees, but the warm family spirit still reigns supreme on the premises. As you can see, values such as team spirit, tolerance and inclusion are dear to Turbel's heart. In this unique ecosystem, each member of their team is valued for their contribution. 🤝
Speaking of team spirit, the team has been rewarded with distinctions such as the Corporate Hockey Fair Play Award, among others! Turbel collaborates with local producers for their labels and has chosen European brands for the benefit of retailers. A local and sustainable impact as we like them!
Resolutely focused on the world of tomorrow, the company has invested in the installation of (more than 1,000) photovoltaic panels, the installation of charging stations for electric mobility, waste recycling and water treatment. The +? A company vegetable garden has been created, to the delight of all! 🌿
The company collects the mandrels so that they can be reused within Turbel. It also takes back the back of the label so that it can be recycled from their raw material suppliers. Virtuous recycling! ♻️

Some societal issues are close to the management's heart, in particular the organization of events to raise awareness among employees : climate murals, diversity ambassadors,... We are even told that the management supports intrapreneurship (an entrepreneurial approach internal to an existing company)... The watchwords? Open-mindedness and availability of management!
