Ellis.care is a digital job platform that focuses mainly on the healthcare sector. 🩺 As a scale-up, with more than 7 years of experience in primary care, ellis.care has the ambition to develop around 3 products:
The existing digital platform of vacancies for primary care (GP practices, dentists, physiotherapists and other practices)
Deploy the platform in other healthcare sectors such as hospitals, laboratories, etc.
Use the platform for non-healthcare sectors where there is a demand for staffing, recruitment, and use of expertise. A common example is ellis.security in the security industry
Ellis.care has made a reboot, attracting new shareholders and reorganizing the board of directors. Under the leadership of this renewed board, ellis.care is now poised to grow and expand. As part of a wider network of companies, including Hict (www.hict.com), VIAS (www.vias.be) and Kerteza (www.kerteza.com), ellis.care is facing an exciting period of development and growth.
As an ellis.care Managing Consultant, you will take on the following roles:
Together with the board of directors and partners, you will develop a business plan for these 3 segments as described above.
You build 3 markets, as determined in the business plan. This includes expanding ellis.care's existing market through marketing and sales activities, initiating the solution offering for other healthcare players and non-care customers, and doing so in collaboration with ellis.care's partner companies.
You will represent ellis.care at various events and develop the necessary sales and marketing support. You will maintain and maintain the digital channels, newsletters and website.
You set a price for different solutions, services, and partner programs.
You conclude contracts, licenses and services and renew existing contracts. In addition, you adjust contracts according to the offer and the market situation.
You will make proposals for new product, customer segment and market functionalities (e.g. on the basis of internationalisation).
Profile
What we expect:
You are an enterprising individual who can work independently and combine business operations with internal business operations.
You have knowledge and insight of the Belgian healthcare sector and have 5 years of experience in commercial work towards primary care (general practitioners).
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
You have good knowledge or extensive experience in business operations, marketing information, digital marketing channels, and representation.
You are fluid and sociable, solution-oriented, motivated to meet and contact customers and through different channels (phone, mail, etc.) and you are interested in representing ellis.care flexibly when necessary.
You are someone who can help me build the back-office of ellis.care, with the back-office in collaboration with the partners and the board of directors.
