Job description

💻✨ Responsibilities:

a) Development and elaboration of a multi-channel marketing strategy

  • Develop and execute a marketing roadmap aligned with growth goals.

  • Analyze user data and behavior to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and prioritize investments.

  • Ensure clear and regular reporting to guide strategic decisions.

b) Management and analysis of advertising campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Design and manage creative and effective campaigns to generate leads.

  • Perform A/B testing and use reporting tools to ensure data reliability and maximize ROI.

c) Creation, management and monitoring of email campaign KPIs

  • Create and optimize email campaigns to convert and retain customers.

  • Track key KPIs (open rate, clicks, conversions) and propose improvements

d) Optimize search engine optimization (SEO) to improve Wildhartt's online visibility

  • Setting up an editorial strategy defined in collaboration with the team, relying on tools such as Google Trends and Ubersuggest to answer user searches.

  • Improve online visibility through content strategy and technical optimizations.

  • Monitor performance and prioritize actions to boost organic SEO.

e) Follow market trends and stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in digital marketing

Profile

  • You have experience in digital marketing (min. 2 years)

  • You have already participated in the development or implementation of a multi-channel digital strategy

  • You have an appetite for innovation and new technologies

  • You have the marketing skills to create effective campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads or email marketing

  • You have knowledge of KPItracking tools and their integration (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Adding Events, Pixels and Tracking)

  • You have an interest in adventure travel and sustainable 🌱 tourism

  • You have a perfect command of French and English, Dutch is a +

  • You have good interpersonal and writing skills

  • You are responsible, dynamic, autonomous and creative

Conduct of interviews

  1. Step 1: First 45min interview with one of the co-founders (Marie)

  2. Step 2: Second interview (practical case) of 1 hour with one of the co-founders (Maxime)

  3. Step 3: Meeting and discussion (goals & aspirations) with an administrator
