Updesignr transforms fashion by connecting designers, tailors, and consumers in a collaborative process that democratizes trends and promotes sustainable style. Designers offer refurbishments of existing pieces such as sweaters, hoodies or jeans. 👕👖

Consumers with similar or second-hand items connect via the platform to choose a design and co-create their refurbished piece, selecting details such as color, patch placement, or patterns. Once the design is finalized, a tailor remakes the garment, which is then delivered to the consumer, like a classic online purchase. 🧶

This approach allows us to develop upcycling, making it competitive with mid-range fashion while reducing the ecological footprint of the industry. We are creating a new category of fashion where you can be well dressed and still act responsibly. Updesignr is looking for visionary co-founders to realize this transformative vision for the fashion industry.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who believes in our vision and has an inspiring personality to join us as a co-founder.

Your main missions will be to:

• Optimize operations and manage processes efficiently.

• Decide whether to hire a growth/marketing manager or integrate these responsibilities into the COO role

While the skills can be learned in the field, our ideal co-founder would have experience in:

• Fashion and textiles 🧵

• The launch and growth of platform-based business models

• E-commerce and logistics

• Operations and process management
