IT Officer
Job description
As an IT Officer, you manage, maintain and develop our local IT infrastructure while working closely with the group's IT team.
You will play a key role in aligning local IT initiatives with the group's overall strategy, covering a wide spectrum of responsibilities: infrastructure, security, databases, proprietary ERP, and technical support.
💻 YOUR MISSIONS
Your responsibilities will be as follows :
👌 Infrastructure and Networks
Manage, maintain and optimize local servers (Windows, Linux) in accordance with the group's standards.
Monitor and guarantee the security of local networks (LAN, WAN, VPN) and their interconnection with the group's environments.
Administer cloud environments (Azure) in coordination with the group team.
👨 💻 Computer security
Implement and monitor local security policies in alignment with group guidelines.
Identify and resolve vulnerabilities, while collaborating with the group team to ensure consistent protection of data and systems.
Test and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans (DRP/BCP), in conjunction with central resources.
📝 Database management
Install, configure and maintain local databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
Optimize performance and secure data in coordination with the group teams.
Ensure compliance with global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) for local databases.
🤝 Proprietary ERP Management
Administer the local ERP, including its maintenance, updates, and integrations with other tools in the group.
Collaborate with the group team to deploy evolutions or modules common to all subsidiaries.
Train local users, provide technical support, and ensure complete documentation of configurations.
Produce customized reports to meet the needs of local and group business teams.
😎 Technical support and maintenance
Provide level 2/3 support to local users and coordinate with the group team for global issues.
Document incidents, resolution procedures, and report recurring issues to the group team.
Participate in a technological watch to propose improvements and innovative solutions at the local and global level.
💼 IT Project Management
Manage local projects (migration, modernization, deployment of new tools) in collaboration with the business teams.
Participate in the group's strategic projects, ensuring regular communication and harmonization of processes.
Collaborate with local and group service providers to ensure the quality of deliverables and their integration.
🚀 Collaboration with the group team
Participate in regular meetings with the group IT team to discuss local needs, projects and initiatives.
Share best practices and ensure the application of global standards.
Contribute to the harmonization of IT systems and processes within all entities of the group.
Profile
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science. 🎓
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Previous work in an international or multi-site environment is an asset.
You have the following technical skills:
Infrastructure: Expertise in Windows and Linux systems, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Networks: Good knowledge of networks (routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
Databases: Advanced database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
ERP: ERP administration and customization, data flow management, and integrations.
Security: Advanced cybersecurity practices (antivirus, SIEM, MFA).
Tools: Monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix), fleet management tools (GLPI, SCCM).
You have technical certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure, CompTIA Security+.
You have a perfect command of French. You have an advanced knowledge of English, both oral and written.
Also, you have the following behavioral skills:

You have excellent oral and written communication. Thus, you know how to work in a team in a multicultural and multi-site context.
