Job description

Your main tasks:

  • Implement initiatives to improve the efficiency of teams and facilitate their daily work

  • Participate in the definition, implementation and optimization of Sparks digital processes

  • Participate in the digital strategy with the Sparks team

  • Be able to challenge existing processes and come up with new ideas

  • Coordinating feedback

  • Train newcomers and support the Sparks team

  • If necessary, support our customer on site for problems related to digital tools and procedures (Internet connection, TV connection, etc.)

  • Follow-up with our external partners and suppliers

Profile

  • You are fluent in English and French, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

  • You have a digital mindset

  • You have a strong desire to work in a structure on a human scale, constantly participating in its development and in the search for new opportunities.

  • Strong communication and relationships are essential. You will need to ensure that Sparks digital tools are properly understood and used by the team.

  • You are proactive, reliable, loyal and willing to take responsibility

  • You are rigorous, looking for consistent quality and always looking to improve.

  • You like to work in a stimulating environment, not be afraid to learn or face all obstacles.

  • " It's not my job " is not part of your vocabulary.

  • You are enthusiastic and have a positive thinker.

Conduct of interviews
