👥 As a lawyer expert in employment law , you will play a key role in ensuring the compliance and legal certainty of activities related to employment law within the Cliniques Saint-Luc. You will bring your expertise to the entire human resources department and work closely with the various departments of the institution, in an environment where respect, quality and innovation are at the heart of our mission.

🎯 Your role:

1. Legal expertise:

  • Advice & Support: You are the legal referent for directors, managers and HR teams. You advise them on issues relating to employment law (disputes, legislative developments, optimisation of practices, etc.).

  • Legal monitoring: You will actively monitor legal and jurisprudential developments in employment law in order to ensure the compliance of HR practices and anticipate the necessary changes.

  • International social law: You are also involved in complex issues related to social security applicable to employees working in different Member States of the European Union.

  • Drafting of legal acts: You will draft legal documents in the context of litigation proceedings and collaborate with our partner lawyers if necessary.

2. Operational role:

  • Management of employment contracts: You are responsible for drafting, validating and monitoring employment contracts (commitments, amendments, transfers, etc.) and signing them in accordance with deadlines.

  • Administrative follow-up: You will monitor contract and renewal deadlines, manage work permit and residence permit files, as well as the necessary approvals and visas.

  • Accompaniment during departures: You support managers in the management of dismissals, resignations, and in the calculation of notice periods.

  • HR projects: You actively contribute to the department's projects, with the aim of continuous improvement, by bringing your expertise and ideas.

💼 Full-time permanent position (38 hours/week).

⌚ Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday to be worked between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. (7:36 a.m./day). 

Profile

🎓 Qualifications and experience required

  • Master's degree in law (ideally in employment law)

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in employment law

  • Perfect command of French, oral and written, and comprehension of English in writing

  • Computer science: Mastery of the Office environment and openness to learning internal tools.

  • Teamwork: Collaborative spirit and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

🎯 Additional assets

  • International social law: Knowledge of the social security rules applicable in different EU Member States.

  • Experience in a hospital setting: Knowledge of the hospital sector and the specificities related to this environment.
