
Assistant to the team leader of logistics operators for the pharmacy / operating room (M/F/X)
Job description
As Assistant to the Team Leader of the Logistics Operators / Warehouse Workers for the LOQO ("Operating Room Logistics") area, you will play a key role in the supply and inventory management of the operating room, within the pharmacy department. You will assist the team leader and replace him in case of absence.
💼 Full-time permanent contract | 🕒 Between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. depending on the needs of the department. Occasional services on Saturdays and public holidays
🎯 Your responsibilities:
As an assistant to the manager, you will join a team of 14 people and will be in charge of:
Supervise and motivate the team of logistics operators.
Manage human resources. 🤝
Allocate and prioritize tasks according to the needs of the department.
Organize and optimize inventory management and storage of classic, implantable and reusable medical devices.
Ensure the reception of goods and their storage. 📦
Prepare case carts needed for surgical procedures.
Prepare and replenish material carts as required and scheduled.
Ensure the general order of the stock (storage, labelling, verification of expiry).
Identify and report any anomalies for immediate rectification.
