JOB 🤝 DESCRIPTION

Did you combine strategic vision and a sense of the field? As Head of Logistics, you are at the heart of the eFarmz experience and you manage the entire supply chain - order picking, delivery and customer service. You play a key role in our operational and sustainable performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Operations & Performance

• You supervise logistics from A to Z: more than 10,000 monthly orders, delivered in compliance with quality, deadlines, sustainability commitments

• You optimize processes (physical and digital) to gain in efficiency, quality and capacity

• You structure data, set up the right KPIs, monitor and improve performance on a daily basis

Management & Organization

• You manage and grow the logistics team (7 people)

• You will manage the operational teams (18 operators)

• You supervise the organization of the warehouse (+2000m2) and its compliance (safety, hygiene, maintenance, stock)

Customer Experience

• You coordinate customer service with a clear objective: fluidity, responsiveness, benevolence

• You maintain an NPS > 60, reflecting our service requirement

Partners & projects

• You manage logistics service providers with rigor and a spirit of collaboration

• You will contribute to cross-functional strategic projects: new tools, automation, infrastructure, etc.

• You are part of the management team and work hand in hand with the CEO, the Head of Product & Purchase, the CTO and the Marketing Manager to grow eFarmz together

• Significant experience in operational logistics, ideally in an e-commerce or food environment.

• Strategic vision and a taste for the field: you like to get your hands dirty, while taking a step back

• Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills

• Natural leadership, proven managerial qualities

• Comfortable with logistics tools : WMS, ERP, Excel/Sheets, analysis tools

• Strong sense of customer service

• Perfect command of French. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
