Job description

We are looking for a cook, refrigeration chef de partie, for our kitchen. If you love cooking and want to join a dynamic team in a growing company, we are the right place for you. This role will allow you to take responsibility from the start and contribute to the constant evolution of your position and the company.

Your role will consist of:

  • Inventory management;

  • Setting up the service and managing implementations;

  • Preparation of dishes knowing how to balance the service from an economic point of view;

  • Creation of new recipes and contribute to the evolution of the dishes of his part;

  • Sales and trend analysis (this is a plus);

  • Improvement of existing processes;

  • Apply and enforce hygiene and food safety rules;

  • Train your clerks.

Profile

Preparing more than 600 dishes a day, we are looking for someone with experience in the kitchen as well as the following qualities:

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills

  • Management skills

  • Pedagogy and a taste for passing on knowledge

  • Logic
