Brasserie Surréaliste is a young micro-brewery founded by two brothers in 2021. On a green square in the centre of Brussels, the Surrealist project combines brewing production and a place to live with its restaurant, bar and beer shop.
In addition to our beers brewed on site, the bar offers a sharp selection of local and foreign beers, natural wines and high-flying cocktails. The restaurant is open in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday and offers bistronomic and convivial cuisine.

Responsibilities
· Ensure the preparation and service of dishes
· Collaborate with the chef and the rest of the kitchen
· Assist with food orders, inventory and inventory
· Maintain optimal kitchen organization on a daily basis
· Participate in the creation of recipes and experiments (fermentations, beer dishes,...)
· Ensure that hygiene and safety standards are respected
Profile
· Graduated from hotel school or minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
· Passionate about cooking and good products
· Team player and able to work under pressure
· Creative and have an eye for detail
