Join a fast-growing start-up and participate in the expansion of an innovative connected fridge solution in companies! 👌 We are looking for a Logistics & Coordination Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract, as part of a maternity leave replacement.

👉 Your main missions:

📊 Connected Fridge Sales Analysis and Forecasting

  • Monitoring the performance of connected fridges and sales analysis.

  • Management and optimization of product assortments to meet the needs of users.

🚚 Orders and Supplier Management

  • Placing weekly and monthly orders with suppliers.

  • Verification of invoices and follow-up of any anomalies to ensure smooth inventory management.

📦 Operational Management

  • Coordination with the logistics manager and delivery drivers to ensure efficient and optimized deliveries.

  • Monitoring of daily operations and adjustment of schedules according to needs.

🤝 Customer Management

  • Follow-up of special customer orders.

  • Management of customer service and after-sales service to ensure optimal satisfaction.

Profile

  • You are rigorous, organized and have an excellent sense of customer service. 👌

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Experience in logistics, inventory management or customer service is a plus.

  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, order management, stock tracking).

📍 Location : Brussels South

📅 Duration : 6-month fixed-term contract

💼 Start : Early June 2025 for a smooth transition with a 1-month training.
