Faced with this observation, we have decided to roll up our sleeves by proposing a new management of unsold food in order to fight against food waste and facilitate access to a varied diet for all.

For that, we need you!

As a Senior Developer - Full stack:

You will support the IT team by participating in the development and optimization of our mobile application, both at the back-end and front-end.
You will participate in the development of the product strategy and technical design of the products.
You will also have to propose technical solutions, improve and professionalize DevOps.
In concrete terms, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the various technical projects as well as training the team.
Together with the CTO, you will establish the priorities and development strategy for the application and technical infrastructure.

Profile

You are comfortable and passionate about object-oriented programming, and you know how to work in a dynamic environment such as that of a start-up.
You have flexibility of mind, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when challenged.
You pay attention to the details.
You have a critical mind and an ability to solve problems.
5+ years of experience.

Your skills:

Ability to organize, plan and document.
Experience in project and personnel management (a plus).
Good communication skills.
Ability to analyze and synthesize.
Strategic thinking to guide the actions to be taken.
Fluency in French and English (a plus).
Leadership.

Software:

Flutter and Dart
Firebase
Python
Github or similar software
Visual studio code or Android Studio
DevOps
Bootstrap Framework
If you have knowledge of Linux, that's a plus.
Previous use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaboration tools is an asset.
