For that, we need you! 💪 The Customer Service Intern at Happy Hours Market will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service team in the day-to-day management of customer requests and contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of service.
✨ Main responsibilities:
Respond to customer messages and requests via different communication channels (mainly Intercom)
Manage voucher requests and refunds according to established procedures
Coordinate with operational teams to resolve order-related issues
Participate in the verification of feedback shifts and the improvement of Customer Service processes
Assist in the preparation of weekly reports on customer issues
🎯 Specific projects:
In addition to the day-to-day tasks, the intern may be involved in the following projects:
Contribute to the optimization of Customer Service for the company's scale-up
Participate in the creation and updating of the FAQ for customers
Analyze customer survey data to identify areas for service improvement
Assist in the organization and analysis of customer experience tests at pick-up points
Assist in the launch of the Happier community and various events

Profile
🤸 ♀️ About you
Student in the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in management, communication, or related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (English is a plus)
Strong customer focus and ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy
🤓 Your skills
Good analytical skills and ability to work with data
Proficiency in office automation tools and ability to quickly learn new software (Intercom, Notion, etc.)
Organizational skills, proactivity and ability to work in a team
Interest in the anti-food waste sector and the circular economy
