Customer Success Intern
Job description
👉 As a Customer Success Intern, your missions will be divided between:
Answer calls between customer success managers and customers around the world to identify their processes and needs
Learn how the Optimy tool works, understand its features, and assist the Customer Success Executive in setting up the tool for new and existing customers
Provide assistance in maintaining client-focused documents, reviewing client reports and conducting analyses. 📊
Provide support for internal projects such as creating, revising processes, organizing promotional sales activities, etc.
Sharing best practices to contribute to the development of Optimy 🚀
Profile
Start date: as soon as possible
You are fluent in English and French
You are enrolled in a university or equivalent institution
You have an eye for detail and a conscientious approach to quality
You're proactive and you love action – you're someone who wants to prove your abilities by getting things done
You have a real interest in Customer Success
Ability to adapt in an international and multicultural environment
An internship agreement is provided by your university 🎓
