Job description

As an HR career manager, your main mission will be to ensure the complete management of reintegration pathways and job adaptations in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework as well as the implementation and monitoring of internal staff mobility.

You will join the payroll and administrative team (10 people) and report directly to the head of the department, Mrs. Florane LOUIS. You will be required to collaborate with a set of internal employees: our employees, managers, other members of the human resources department (HRBP, recruiter, training,...) as well as occupational medicine, SIPPT and mutual insurance companies.

Our offices are located on the Baron Lambert site in Etterbeek.

You may have to travel to our other sites (Ixelles, Forest, Anderlecht), if necessary.

This position includes:

  • The management and monitoring of reintegration pathways, job adaptation (maternity, part-time medical work, teleworking,...), internal mobility and employees who are permanently unfit:

  • Participation in the implementation of a reintegration policy, job adaptation, internal mobility

  • Management of the various processes from A to Z:

  • Advise, inform, guide and support the employee in the procedures as well as the hierarchical lines

  • Make the link between the employee, the employer and the mutual insurance companies and/or occupational medicine

  • Carry out individual interviews (motivation) as well as skills assessments

  • In some cases (internal mobility), propose a training plan according to the needs of the hospital

  • Identify internal opportunities with the recruitment team in order to meet demand

  • Drafting of reports (occupational medicine, management committee, SIPPT,...)

  • Administrative follow-up in collaboration with the HR payroll and the HR Officer

Profile

Your training and experience

  • You have a Master's degree (human resources, psychology, communication, etc.) or 5 years' experience in a similar position.

  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation/HR regulations as well as interview and evaluation techniques (interview method, assessment center,...). Ideally, you have already worked on HR projects.

  • You have a good knowledge of the Office suite.

  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of the second national language.

You have the following skills:

  • Comfortable in complex and evolving environments: Ability to effectively navigate dynamic contexts where structures, processes, and objectives may change frequently. This includes managing uncertainty, the ability to understand and adapt quickly to new situations, and making decisions in ambiguous environments.

  • Organizational and Priority : Ability to structure work logically and efficiently, identify the most critical tasks to complete first, and manage time to maximize productivity while meeting deadlines.

  • Service-oriented, customer-oriented : Ability to understand needs and ensure that those needs are met effectively.

  • Autonomy and proactivity in carrying out tasks : Ability to work independently without constant supervision, while being able to anticipate needs or potential problems and act accordingly. Proactivity is manifested by the initiative to take action before it is requested.

  • Continuous improvement oriented and proactive to improve the existing situation : Ability to identify areas where improvements can be made and to propose creative solutions to optimize processes, working methods or results. This competence implies constant critical reflection on current practices and a desire to improve them.

  • Team player and sense of collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing constructively and fostering a harmonious work environment. This includes sharing ideas, cooperating with others, and supporting each other to achieve common goals.

Conduct of interviews
