Bicycle repairer

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable bike repairer to join our dynamic team at Komut Saint Gilles. As a bike repairer, you'll be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on a variety of bikes, ensuring that every customer leaves with a bike in perfect working order.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on bicycles, including brakes, drivetrains, wheels, etc.

• Perform preventative maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal bike performance.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and advising customers on necessary maintenance and repairs.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend additional services if necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the shop floor.

• Previous experience in bicycle repair, preferably in a retail environment.

• Excellent knowledge of bicycle components and systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Passion for cycling and commitment to a sustainable cycling culture.
