
Technical Service Manager
Job description
✨ Context
Les Petits Riens is a social economy enterprise active in the collection, recovery and sale of second-hand goods in our network of 28 stores. We sort more than 8,000 tonnes of textile and miscellaneous goods annually.
Les Petits Riens is also about social actions implemented not only through housing and housing policies for the homeless, but also through the provision of psychological, medical and social support. Recently, the Social Real Estate department was created to manage our existing portfolio (+/- 40,000 m²), but also to increase our supply of social housing.
In this context, we are looking for a technical service manager in charge of supporting the department in all areas related to the upkeep, maintenance, renovation and development of the various places occupied by our services (housing, accommodation centres, shops, sorting centres, etc.).
👉 Missions
Your missions will be:
Animation of a team of 3 to 6 people (workers)
Definition, management and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work
The management of the service within the framework of our budgetary policies, internal and administrative processes
💪 Tasks
Recruit, evaluate and train team members
Manage and distribute tasks among team members on a daily basis
Manage and monitor subcontracted 📝 work
Lead and/or participate in department and department meetings
Ensure maintenance, repair , recurring maintenance, etc. (plumbing, heating, freight elevator, energy, carpentry, etc.)
Guaranteeing safety and compliance with the rules on your construction sites as a priority
Manage and coordinate SECT services and approved bodies for all buildings (lifts, electricity,...)
Develop specifications and make supplier selections (quote analysis)
Manage purchases according to previously defined budgets
Participate in the development and monitoring of the department's real estate projects
Management of the " on-call mobile phone" 24 hours a day (matching bonus) 📱
Profile
You hold a bachelor's degree with a technical orientation and/or you have useful 🎓 experience
You demonstrate qualities in team management and leadership
You are versatile, rigorous, assertive and you like the field. You lend a hand to your teams if necessary
You are results-oriented and can adapt according to emergencies, schedules, and the realities of the team
In addition to field work, you also carry out your office work efficiently
You can easily use the tools of the Office 365 Suite and the Internet 💻
Ideally, you are proficient in Autocad or Sketchup
You hold a B licence (mandatory) 🚗
You like to take care of your written and oral communication with your partners (internal and external) in order to offer the satisfaction expected of the department's users of the service
