Job description
Our team leader coordinates the activities and productivity of its employees with disabilities. He/She guarantees the smooth running of operations by ensuring that employees carry out instructions and are at their best. He/She encourages positive behaviors. 🤗
The team leader supports the sector manager in the daily management, supervision of the teams and respect for quality and safety.
He/She will be Manufast's ambassador to employees and our customers.
👉 Roles and responsibilities:
He/She studies the job, identifies any complexities and implements what is necessary for the start-up of production, guaranteeing compliance with quality and deadlines. To do this, he/she ensures the proper organization of staff resources, taking into account the capacities of workers and the needs of carrying out the jobs requested.
He/She respects the quality controls and the check-ins in the ERP of the production job for which he/she is responsible and participates in the establishment and improvement of production procedures and quality according to the observations made in the field.
He/She contributes to the well-being and versatility within the sector by participating in the training of staff and ensuring compliance with the rules, order and safety of staff in the workshop.
He/She reports production information useful for closing jobs, cost control and production incidents. 📝
He/She ensures the maintenance and/or repair of the machines and/or equipment necessary for production by informing the Management and/or requesting the intervention of a technician.
Profile
Ideally 3 years of experience in the social enterprise sector
Experience in the field of production and/or logistics
Basic computer skills
Have a B 🚗 licence
Leadership: able to take responsibility for a team (lead, manage, train and motivate)
Ability to understand and analyze a job
Organizational skills; Plan and organize your work and the work of your team 📆
Conflict management
Communications: with the client, their team and the line
