As an intern at Meet My Job, you will join a young, dynamic and committed team within a meaningful project: impact recruitment! 🌱

At Meet My Job, we encourage active learning and curiosity. This is why this internship will allow you to work on the different stages related to project management : design, planning, execution, control... but also to discover many other aspects of entrepreneurship! For example, you will oversee the development of our section to find impact associates, who have already been on track for a few months.

🚀 Your main missions will be to help us launch and develop new projects at Meet My Job:

You will contribute to the preparation of the project before its launch (think about the objectives, the target audience, the launch, the advertising...);
You will participate in meetings with the project manager and other team members;
You will help with the launch of the project and ensure that everything goes according to plan;
You will be in direct contact with partners (meetings, meetings,...) in both BtoB and BtoC to make the project known and adhered;
Occasionally, you will be required to participate in events relevant to the development of the project: job fairs, etc.

🤝 And small missions to discover other aspects of entrepreneurship:

You will have the opportunity to lend a hand to the recruitment team: writing job offers, organizing interviews, meeting with talents...
Because "alone we go faster, but together we go further" you will be led to work as a team to move forward on common goals.

Profile

Your degree and/or your field of study is not what matters most to us! Above all, we want you to be super motivated to join us!
You have good interpersonal skills and you like to interact with others;
You are proactive and have an insatiable thirst for learning!
You are both autonomous but you also like to work in a team!
You are available between 1 and 6 months (ideally early 2025)
