💼✨ Your role
You will contribute to the development of Octave's business strategy and convince potential partners (electrical installers, integrators or energy suppliers) of the added value of our state-of-the-art energy management solutions and innovative battery systems.
In this role, you implement and refine Octave's go-to-market strategy. You continuously identify new sales channel opportunities and advise and support existing partners.
You are Octave's eyes and ears in the market by participating in networking events and trade shows to stay up to date with the latest innovations and provide information to the product team on relevant market requirements.
Your excellent communication skills ensure you have a strong relationship with potential Octave partners.
Profile
🤝 What you will bring to the team
Solid work experience in commercial / project development in the energy sector (B2B), preferably in energy storage solutions or renewable energy sources.
Good understanding of energy markets.
Sufficient technical background to master basic electrical engineering concepts around renewable energy.
Clear hunter sales attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to give engaging presentations.
Experience in developing and implementing a commercial strategy in the renewable energy sector. Ability to perform market segmentation and identify customer needs.
Desire to work in a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment.
Fluency using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and similar tools.
✨ With some (or all) of the following points, you have a clear plus
Master's degree in the field of economics or engineering, or equivalent level of experience.
Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus but not a requirement.
Hands-on experience in go-to-market strategies with a track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.
